The early registration deadline is July 10, 2012.

The registration fee is in euros

The fee for non-GIDRM members includes IVA (21 %)

The fee for GIDRM members is exempt from tax

The registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunches and social dinner.

A person who is applying for a new GIDRM membership is entitled to pay the fee for GIDRM members.

3X2 Offer

If 3 people from the same institution register for the conference, only 2 registration fees will be charged. This offer cannot be cumulated to Attendance Grants. To apply for the offer please send an email to pisa2012@gidrm.org with the names of 2 people who have already paid the fees; if everything is correct you will receive a discount code to register the third person for free!

Grants

As usual, a limited number of Attendance Grants will be available for young scientists (born in 1977 or later). Grants will include the registration fee, accommodation, coffee breaks, lunches and social dinner. If you want to apply for a grant please submit your abstract, your curriculum vitæ and a presentation letter from your research advisor before July 10th by e-mail (pisa2012@gidrm.org). Young scientist awarded with Attendance Grant will automatically take part in the poster competition. Those who are not admitted to the grants will receive a coupon to benefit of the early registration fee also after the deadline of July 10th.

Students and PhD. Students of the University of Pisa

Students and PhD. Students of the University of Pisa can attend the works of the meeting for free after suitable registration to this site. Just send us an email to pisa2012@gidrm.org if you are interested to receive all the instructions to register for free.

Free registration does not include lunches and social dinner

Cancellation and Refunds

Notification of cancellation must be sent to the congress email address (pisa2012@gidrm.org). By cancellation before August 15, 2012 90% of the registration fee wil be refunded. If cancellation is made before August 15, 2012 90% of the registration fee will be refunded. Afterwards, there will be no refund. All refunds will be processed after the congress. Refund claims must include bank address and account number for money transfer.
