Fee
The registration fee, which includes coffee breaks, lunches and social dinner, is:

Please note that to be entitled to pay the GIDRM member registration fee it is sufficient to subscribe the GIDRM membership for 2017 following this link.
It is possible to register for a single day at a cost € 80 for GIDRM members and of € 80 + IVA for non members.
For italian GIDRM members who have the registration fee paid by their institution: “qualora la quota di registrazione a un evento venga pagata a seguito di emissione di fattura intestata all’Ente invece che direttamente dal Socio, è possibile applicare l’esenzione IVA su dichiarazione dell’Ente stesso. A questo scopo è necessario che l’Ente invii al GIDRM copia della dichiarazione di esenzione IVA ai sensi dell’art. 10 del D.P.R. n. 633 del 26.10.72 e successive modificazioni e integrazioni.”
To register to the XLV National Congress you must:
Compile the registration form.
Pay the registration fee at our shop. (It will be possible to pay the registration fee either by VISA/MasterCard credit card, PayPal or bank transfer).

3X2 Offer
If 3 persons from the same institution register for the conference, only 2 registration fees will be charged. This offer cannot be used together with an Attendance Grant. To apply for the offer please send an email to: salerno2017@gidrm.org with the names of the 2 persons who have already paid the fees; if everything is correct you will receive a discount code to register the third person for free.
Attendance Grants
A limited number of Attendance Grants will be available for young scientists (under 35). Grants will cover the registration fee and accommodation expenses. Accommodation will be provided by GIDRM.
If you want to apply for a grant, please submit your abstract, your curriculum vitae and a presentation letter from your research supervisor before June 15th 2017 by e-mail to salerno2017@gidrm.org.
Young scientists awarded with Attendance Grants will automatically take part in the poster competition. Those who applied for a grant but were not selected for it will receive a coupon to benefit of the early registration fee also after the deadline of July 15th 2017 July 31st 2017.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notification of cancellation must be sent to the congress e-mail address (salerno2017@gidrm.org). If cancellation is made before July 31st 2017, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded.
No refund will be given for cancellation requests reaching the GIDRM after July 31st 2017. All refunds will be processed after the congress. Refund claims must include bank address and account number for money transfer.
