Registration & Fees
Deadline
The early registration deadline is June 30th, 2016. July 10th 2016.
Fee
The registration fee, which includes coffee breaks, lunches and social dinner, is:

Please note that to be entitled to pay the GIDRM member registration fee it is sufficient to subscribe the GIDRM membership for 2016 following this link.
It is possible to register for a single day at a cost € 80 for GIDRM members and of € 80 + IVA for non members.
To register to the XLV National Congress you must:
Compile the registration form.
Pay the registration fee at our shop. (It will be possible to pay the registration fee either by VISA/MasterCard credit card or bank transfer).

3X2 Offer
If 3 persons from the same institution register for the conference, only 2 registration fees will be charged. This offer cannot be cumulated to Attendance Grants. To apply for the offer please send an email to: modena2016@gidrm.org with the names of the 2 persons who have already paid the fees; if everything is correct you will receive a discount code to register the third person for free.
Attendance Grants
A limited number of Attendance Grants will be available for young scientists (under 35). Grants will cover the registration fee and accommodation expenses. Accommodation will be provided by GIDRM.
If you want to apply for a grant, please submit your abstract, your curriculum vitae and a presentation letter from your research advisor before May 31st 2016 July 10th 2016 by e-mail to modena2016@gidrm.org.
Young scientists awarded with Attendance Grants will automatically take part in the poster competition. Those who are not admitted to the grants will receive a coupon to benefit of the early registration fee also after the deadline of June 30th 2016 July 10th 2016.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notification of cancellation must be sent to the congress e-mail address (modena2016@gidrm.org). If cancellation is made before July 31st 2016, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded. Afterwards, there will be no refund. All refunds will be processed after the congress. Refund claims must include bank address and account number for money transfer.
